Transfer Request Information (2013-2014)

Transfer request considered from veterinary students enrolled in good standing at American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) accredited programs only. 

To be considered for potential transfer there must be an opening in the class you wish to join and you must:

• Be a U.S. citizen in good academic standing as a veterinary medical student in an AVMA accredited college of veterinary medicine.
• Have satisfactorily completed all required courses that are offered in this college prior to the point at which you wish to join a class.
• Have taken the General Record Examination (GRE) with a total score of 285 (total of verbal and quant) on new test (640 on previous GRE) or the medical College Admission Test (MCAT) and scored a minimum of 15.
• Applicants must not have been denied admission to the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine as a first-year student.
