Purchasing Controlled Substances
lYou must have both a BNDD and a DEA registration to purchase and stock controlled substances
lYou may delegate the ordering of controlled substances in schedule III-V to an employee, however the registrant is responsible for this activity
lSchedule II purchases and transfers require a DEA 222 Official Order Form, which may only be signed and executed by the registrant or an individual with the registrant’s power of attorney
