Initial and Annual Inventory
l The first time you receive controlled substances under your registration, you must perform an initial inventory.
lAn annual inventory of controlled substances must performed at least once a year (within 12 months of last inventory).
lPerpetual controlled substance inventory is recommended, but does not fulfill this requirement.
