General Record Keeping Requirements
lAll controlled substance records must be maintained at the registered site
lAll controlled substance records must be maintained for two years
lAll controlled substance records are open for inspection
and copying by the Bureau and law
enforcement officers
lAll controlled substance records must be readily retrievable:
lSeparate, or
lAvailable through electronic or mechanical access,
or
lVisually identifiable
lMust be provided within three (3) working days
